Yui Ibuki started rechallenge to Budokan

Yui couldn't achieve her goal,which was to gather 15,000 of fans for a year. After 6 months the challenge finished, she began rechallenge to sell 15,000 of her CD for a year. If she acheive the target, she will sing in Budokan, which is famous hall in Japan. The beatles held a concert there.

I've stayed in China since July 11th.

The Internet in China is very slow. Blogs often cannot be seen and updated.

I cannot talk in town. So I am listening to Yui's In the window to be relieve.

It's a wonderful album.

Songs are good. Singing is much better.

Getting impressed by listen and listen.

I felt Yui sang well in past CDs but it was the singing to be better.

Comparing to pitching, like prioritize control.
It's light even though enough speed.

AT the point, songs of "In the wind" are the same speed but alive.
It's heavy ball.

Emotion is added to her skill.

When did she record them??

It may be in April, before finish Budokan challenge.

I would ask Yui it.


I will report the comparison songs in "In the wind" with past recorded.

6 months have passed since I met Yui first.

July 5th, it was the day just passed 6 month since I met Yui.


I wanted to get CD album with signature for my memory in any means, so I went out watching street live.
(Luckily I was in Tokyo for business trip. Yesterday live wasn't but today it is.)


It started at Shibuya station.

Arrived at Yui. After a song finished to a break, a man passed by me. He was Mr. P..
Oh no! Yui is made to write something.. It was the first I saw Yui's P-stop..


Next, we moved to Otsuka station.

Otsuka station is the place Nahoko often does street live. It was the first for me.

Get out station gate, turn right. Set up at a slant place, about finishing the 2nd song....

A man in the same uniform as I saw is approaching Yui.. The uniform number is "Keishicho".

Double P-stop. It can't be..   Unlucky.

It was already over 9... Is it over today??? No, is it?.... Move to Ueno station. It's good.



Yui could sing a lot at Ueno staton.

After 2 stages, when nobody come in...

I asked Yui "6 months" comment on Acoustic2 and signature on Supporters family card I got 6 months ago at Kamata.

"Is it only 6 months?.. I think much longer.." by Yui. You said it when it was 4 months.

Yui gave me 10 points for 3000 JPY and extra 1 point on Point card just started the day. I was lucky.



Thank you, Yui so far and from now on.

Street live in Nagoya, the 1st day, on July 2nd

On July 2nd. The 1st street live was held in Nagoya since Yui has returned.

Nagoya is Lorentz's home town. I should give hospitality to Yui.

But it was hot and humid day. I am afraid I joined after sun set.

There is in front of fountain at Taiko exit of Nagoya station.

As per Yui Blog, Yui brought the 3rd albums even though she intended new albums.

So, she cannot sing songs in new album.

Nobody get interest in her song. It may be because she feel uncomfortable of wrong album.

She moved to in front of monument.

It's a view.

Platform of Tokaido Shinkansen is seen upper right.

Singing.

Playing.

It is very rare to get her eyes while singing.... but I got it.

These are Nagoya station twin towers.

The live was over at 11p.m.

Long time no see



Yesterday, June 28th, I came to Tokyo on business. It had been a long time because I was in China on business.

My pleasure during business trip in Tokyo is, of course, to see Yui's street live.
It was the first time after she returned. I felt welcome back Yui.

So I checked Yui Blog where the street live at 3 o'clock. It was in "Yaesu kushiya, Oimachi blanch" Izakaya restaurant.
It was so luck that the place to meet Yui again is the restaurant of Fujiwara manager.
I asked co-worker to go to there and booked seats at once.

"Welcome back"

The first song is "Nomi ni ikou yo". Let's go to drink.
Audiences chorused at "Cheers".

The second song was "Tokyo".
She often spoke about a failure in challenge to Budokan"
to be cheered up by fans
to be unable to challenge Budokan but to start challenging to sell 5000 CDs in 3 months just like when she started singing, every between songs.

The third song is "Taiyo no hikari". Sun light.
It was presented to Mr Ishii, racer to challenging NASCAR.
Yui gets power from his challenge.

Her shoes are not sneakers she always wears.
It is of "Shimamura" given by fans when she started Budokan Challenge.

The 5000 CDs in 3 months is already 1000+ in 9 days.
It seems she could reconfirm many people support her.
(It's natural. She doesn't aware herself but Yui is great.)

The last song was "Jidai" of Miyuki Nakajima, famous singer-song-writer.

Yui had often heard it. However, she deeply impressed it from radio when she was discouraged by Budokan failure. She seemed to cry all night.
"Jidai" is the song I often heard when I was young. I also listened to "Nakajima Miyuki's all night Nippon".

The Izakaya restaurant live was over with such a impressed song.. (therefore encore was unnecessary.)



Anyway, I was happy to seeing again Yui returned.
Also I decided to support her much more.

How should I produce her??

I am very impressed.

I am very pleased.

I could listen to Yui's message became well on her supporter's page.

"Cannot aim at Budokan anymore, but restart challenging as back as a newcomer."


My support hasn't been to take Yui Budokan.
The purpose of my support was to have Yui sing long time.

I am very pleased that Yui restarted singing with many supporters.
It should be more and more supporters than a year ago.

Please keep singing long enough.

Welcome back Yui!

Yui came back at Birthday Live held on June 12th.

I couldn't join the live, because I was in Chine. So I worried and checked YUI blog if it's cancel or not.
As per fans' blogs and diary of Mixi, she hasn't recovered perfectly but she was positive.


Yui has just resumed street live performance.

I am looking forward to seeing her.

Yui tweeted finally after interval of 3 weeks.

Yui, who we were missing after her one-man-live on May 22nd, tweeted on the Twitter last night finally.


It seems she is in disaster area of Earthquake.
She sang there.
I hope it is the first step to her revival.


She hasn't decided to continue singer but she is aware what she can do is the only singing.

I want to gift her with her "Ano hi no kotoba".




It was the most sung song at Ikebukuro when the last day challenging to Budokan.


Supposed she was singing to herself?

You know, the fans who need Yui Ibuki are thousands.

10days have passed since Yui's one-man live was over.
She hasn't been appeared yet.

Biography

Yui was preparing to be born as she listened to Classic music in her mother. Her mother was a good singer but father was only a listener.

When Yui was 4 years old, she started to learn playing piano, and liked singing therefore she sang alone in a loud voice at vacant land while having time.

When she became a junior high school student,
When she got into a girls' high school, joined Dance gymnastic club. However the club was insufficient for her interest also she wanted to sing. So she quit the club then joined Dance and Voice training school at the second grade.
In those days, she started to write words to exist song as her feel. It was like a parody.

The dance was fun but couldn't get friendly with the team. Therefore she decided to concentrate on songs then started voice training in earnest at Sheer music arts vocal school when she was 3rd grade of high school.Also she started piano playing again to learn basis of codes.

When in the first grade of university, applied Sheer music arts school audition. Won the most excellent artist.
Then became a pupil of Mr. Kenji Tateishi, ex. Kenji Noa, a producer, and started writing words and songs in earnest. Yui wrote songs passionately as if dam burst.

Prologue

The last challenge bet her musician life was over after 11:59p.m. on May 20th, 2011.
The challenge is to get 15,000 of "Supporter's family" within a year from May 20th, 2010.

Result was 13,902. It could not reach 15,000 even though speeding up at the last.
The difference 1,908 looks very close but too far.

May 22nd, two days later, her One man live in Shibuya DESEO live house proceeded like closing her musician life.
Singing with tears, talking about dramatic 6 years musician's life, revealing her feeling.
It was too shocking reveal to encore.

She failed in the last challenge honestly.
The challenge was the last hope that she found out a year ago finally, the last bet with less her fans.
The fail should be quite different from what she had thought.

Yui, you have strong and many fans with you now. Remember it.

We wish you get relieved earlier then start new challenge again.
